Motivation Number 1

Motivation Number 1You want to be the center of things in your world. You instinctively want to assume the role of leader and director. You feel you have all of the best answers in dealing with existing situations, and, more importantly, you believe your ideas are the most creative and the most original, and provide the genesis for the most important new direction.

You are happiest when you are in control. You prefer to work alone where everything is done your way or to be in command of others who will carry out your directions precisely. You want things done quickly and are frequently impatient with slower minds and with the processes of practical application which are often not as fast in coming as your ideas. Your desire to apply immediate and fast action to all of your ideas is likely to become a source of frustration because you will want to start many more projects than there is time to physically finish.

Your independence is of ultimate importance to you. You will not allow anyone to possess you or dictate to you. You prefer to stand alone with your beliefs rather than subordinate your will. Relationships that are most satisfying to you are those in which persons admire your originality and follow you. People who are attracted to you for your mind and your ideas are far more important to you than emotional and sexual attractions, although you are not above emotional or sexual liaisons if there is an element of originality and experimentation involved.

Since you think of people as an instrument of your own will or as an admiring audience for your ideas, you may tend to abuse those around you by a lack of consideration for their basic needs and desires, which are sometimes in opposition to what you want them to do.
