Life Path 13

The Karmic Debt of the number 13/4 is due, it is believed, to the lack of care in ones work, duty and means in a previous incarnation. A lackadaisical attitude or unaccountability toward ones responsibilities would have caused a feeling of insecurity within ones family / friends / work associates. Much trust would have been lost through the feeling of unreliability. The resulting experience for others would be a complete lack of trust and confidence in you.

What this does not mean is that you will experience the same things done to you in the same way. The debt you have is brought with you so no-one else is involved in the cause, otherwise the debt would be perpetually moved from person to person. What the presence of this Karmic Debt does mean is that you must learn and experience the feelings and emotions that come with insecurity and mistrust. The number 1 of the 13 represents the individual / the ego / your own personal experiences. The number 3 represents expression and optimism. To repay this debt you must learn to overcome your own mistrusts and insecurities, thereby learning to understand the anxieties that can be experienced by others’ seeming irresponsibilities.

Because of this Karmic debt, the Life Path 13 lesson that you must learn will be the same as the Life Path 4 but you are likely to portray a more extreme negative of its potential to begin with. As a consequence you must learn to conquer this negativity before you can repay the debt and ultimately learn the positive potential of the Life Path lesson. In the meantime you are likely to experience a difficulty in letting go of your own self consciousness.

The overbalanced 4 is rigid and uncompromising. Their unbending tunnel vision can make them picky and selective even to the point of self destructiveness. The extreme intractability can create unnecessary friction and confrontation. What may first have been a stand on principle often becomes dogma for its own sake, an unwillingness to let go, a pointless sacrifice.

The underbalanced 4 is paranoid and scattered. Their disorganisation and unaccountability can lead to domestic and vocational crisis borne of a complete lack of self discipline and attention to detail. Many will indulge in artificial stimulus as a form of escapism from their own pessimistic views. Some will just hide themselves away from anything beyond their control. Depression and a degree of fatalism can be found.

13/4 must find the middle ground between dogmatism and apathy. There must be an acceptable perspective placed between work and play. There is a time to be serious and a time to have fun. 13/4 must learn to admit when they are wrong. They must also learn to express their concerns at the appropriate time instead of letting their emotions bottle up to capacity.  Life Path 13 person can at time be too blunt or radical so must learn the benefits of diplomacy.
